Hi, I’m Katie Carey, therapist and founder of Good Vibes Psychotherapy.
My journey began at The Meadows trauma and addiction center in Wickenburg, AZ, where I trained with leaders like Pia Mellody, Peter Levine, and Patrick Carnes.
I use an attachment-based narrative to help clients understand how past experiences shape present patterns, creating space for self-compassion and lasting transformation.
Alongside my work as a therapist, I serve as a Captain in the Arizona Army National Guard, and I’m also a wife and mom to three kids.
